Our Frontier Salvage software has simple yet powerful searching features. To make things quicker for you, you can work on multiple vehicles simultaneously and all information is loaded with the vehicle. Frontier salvage handles all of your VAT in line with the VAT Margin Scheme and has full insurance company contracts (past & present) are held allowing all invoices to be raised automatically and calculating how much vehicles should cost. Batch re-printing of outstanding invoices enables you to effectively pursue insurance companies for all those outstanding charges and our batch purchasing feature allows you to pay for multiple vehicles with one payment saving on overheads, time and effort.
Store important files with Frontier Salvage and easily access them, any document can be directly scanned and stored with the vehicle. Notes can be stored to record everything about a vehicle, including phone call summaries and customer contact and can pop-up automatically. Returning customer information can also be stored and viewed. Take multiple digital photos and store them with the vehicle record. Images can be used when exporting to online services, in emails and in reports. You can store any file with a vehicle record with a simple drag and drop and Digital Image Inspections and Re-Negs can be simply produced and emailed with images from within the vehicle record with just one click.
All of your printing needs are met, including invoices, auction catalogues and reports. Frontier allows you to print straight onto your own stationery, or design a template for use on blank paper. You can run comprehensive reports with Frontier, covering everything from stock levels, sales performance, invoices and profitability. With our Royal Mail Postcode data feature, you can choose between two options, the basic option which provides street level address lookup and the premium option offers additional premisis details. We offer a HPI Lookup feature with Frontier Salvage, just enter the vehicle registration number and the system will run a HPI Identity Check and fill in all the vehicle details automatically. Our MapPoint feature allows your pending uplifts to be plotted on a map, these uplifts can be colour coded according to your own pre-set criteria.
Frontier exports to various systems for generating CODs, including DVLA, ELVEs and Car Take Back. The system integrates with cartakeback.com to help you comply with the Government recycling targets. Frontier also handles international repatriations and allows you to make offers against vehicles, if offers are successful these will be converted into full vehicle records. With Frontier Salvage you can display a list of your uncleared vehicles for future sales.
Frontier Salvage links to accounting systems such as Sage and Pegasus and also links to your email account. Frontier can take uplift notifications, clearances, auction and selling information straight from emails, saving you time and effort. Uplift charges are now broken down into multiple categories, and uses email for authorisation. Frontier Salvage also includes a quick ELV entry screen and cheque printing.
